OFFICIAL RULES FOR SPRING/SUMMER 2010 CONNECTIONS SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must be at least 18 years of age, a current Toyota vehicle owner and a legal resident of AL, FL, GA, NC or SC. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO ENTER: Contest begins on April 15, 2010 and ends on June 13, 2010. Complete survey or send a postcard with your name, address, vehicle identification number and daytime phone number to Toyota Program Headquarters, P.O. Box 568037, Orlando, FL 32856-9907. Attn: Spring/Summer 2010 Connections Sweepstakes. For entry via the internet, visit www.toyotaconnections.com, enter your assigned PIN number located on the Parts and Service postcard enclosed with your Connections magazine and complete the on-line survey. If you misplace your PIN number, you may send an e-mail request to info@connectionsmagazine.net and Sponsor will provide your PIN once your eligibility is confirmed. On-line entries must be received by 5:00 pm EST on June 12, 2010. All mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than June 12, 2010 and received by June 18, 2010. One entry per person regardless of the method of entry. Employees (including their immediate family members, or members of their household) of Big Green Egg; Pace Communications, Inc.; Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC; Barnett & Murphy, Inc., their affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to enter.

PRIZES: Five (5) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) Grand Prize EGG barbecue grill package to be provided by Big Green Egg, Inc. Each package includes a Large Big Green Egg in a Nest with EGG Mates, Ash Tool, Grill Gripper, Box of Firestarters, and a bag of Natural Lump Charcoal. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize package is $1,007.95. Five (5) Grand Prize drawings will be held on June 21, 2010, beginning at 12:00 p.m., at the Offices of the Administrator. Entries will be separated by state of residence listed on entry form. A separate Grand Prize drawing will be held for each of the following five (5) states: AL, FL, GA, NC and SC with one (1) Grand Prize winner randomly selected in each drawing from all eligible entries received for that state. Winners will be notified by certified mail on or about June 28, 2010. Grand Prize winners must accept Grand Prize within ten (10) business days after receipt of notification or alternate winner will be selected. Following the selection of the Grand Prize winners, all remaining entries will be combined for a drawing on June 21, 2010 to randomly select twenty-five (25) First Prize winners who will each receive a $25.00 iTunes gift card. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, all participants and/or entrants agree to release Sponsors and Administrator from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her receipt or use of the prize awarded including any injury or harm resulting from the use of the prizes, vehicle or any travel or activity related thereto. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for injury or damage to participant’s or any other individual’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion or downloading material from or use of the Website. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, printing errors, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole discretion, believes would corrupt or affect the administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of the Promotion and select the winners from mail-in entries and Internet entries received prior to the action taken or as otherwise may be deemed by Sponsor to be fair and equitable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes. Grand Prize Winners will be required to provide their social security number and sign an IRS Form W-9 and a 1099 IRS tax form. Prize winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted by law), and return same, fully-executed, within ten (10) business days of date of issuance of prize notification. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to these Official Rules, instructions and decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Sponsor’s decisions are final; all disputes shall be resolved by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the sweepstakes in the event the sweepstakes is not capable of operating as planned and disqualify any suspect entry or entrant. Notice of suspension or cancellation will be posted at www.toyotaconnections.com and determination of the Grand Prize and iTunes gift card winners will be determined from all eligible entries received as of date of suspension or cancellation. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for lost, late, misdirected or corrupted mail or entry forms submitted online. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and picture for promotional purposes where permitted by law.
